Rent is always due on the 1st of the month.

You may pay your rent in the leasing office, located on the Apartment on 6th complex. We accept personal check or money order.

You may also pay via our Resident Portal:

The apartment is electric only, so you will have an electric bill, which typically runs betwen $40 - $80 each month. Cable and internet are optional.

Yes, we allow one cat or dog (under 15 lbs) for an additional fee of $30 per month. We also charge a non-refundable pet fee, in addition to your deposit.

If given permission by management, we could allow the current tenant/s to sublet their unit.
